After bringing to us Monday To Monday at the beginning of the year, Lydia Ndwiga went back to studio and did a Travis Greene Cover.

She has done a reggae version of Travis Greene’s song ‘You Waited’ with catchy Swahili lyrics.

“Travis Greene’s song You Waited is one song that is on repeat on my playlist. I do not remember the one time the song played and I didn’t rewind it and eventually listened to it on an unending repeat mode.’, Lydia narrated how she came about doing a cover of the song.

“Then one day, I heard a reggae beat somewhere and the song started playing in my head in the beat. I was so excited and I immediately knew I had to sing a reggae version of the song. And because Swahili is a language that speaks to my heart, I translated bits of it,” She added.
