We can all agree that good music is good music no matter the language or genre. While we also are ambassadors of Kenyan music we can not conceal the truth that one of the leading nations on the continent in production of good music is Nigeria.
That brings me to the person I would like you to meet today; Ozbeazy or let’s just call him Oz okay?. An emerging singer/songwriter from Nigeria whose music contains an eclectic mix of sounds, melodies and vibes ranging from Trap to Afrobeats; Funky house to Grime, while still maintaining his core essence.
Having lived half of his life in Nigeria and the other half in the UK, the diversity of his cultural influences shine through in his music.
His distinct baritone voice and unique storytelling style make him one of the most exciting upcoming artists around.
In the short time he has been in the music industry, he has collaborated with a number of A-list African artists like Falz, Seyi Shay and Simi, to name a few.
Watch his latest his Party featuring Falz below.
In 2018 he signed to record label 506 music home to artists like Shaydee and Somi Jones, where he comes with his EP which he has called ‘The Free Smoke Playlist’.
