DStv, GOtv customers to enjoy Exciting Offers and Content With Multichoice’s Value-adding Step-Up Campaign

MultiChoice Kenya has announced new offers that will keep GOtv and DStv customers extra entertained in the month of March, delivering more value, while making great entertainment even more accessible.

The launch of Phase 2 of the Step-Up campaign will see active and disconnected DStv customers get upgraded to the next higher package at no extra cost and GOtv customers get a discount on their package when paying for their subscription. According to MultiChoice Kenya Managing Director, Nancy Matimu, the campaign’s objective is to thank valued DStv and GOtv customers for their continuous support, and to reassure them of the company’s commitment to deliver the best entertainment experience in Kenya.

Below are the two exciting offers:

DStv launches a Pay and Get Upgraded campaign

DStv customers on Access, Family and Compact who pay for an upgrade to a higher package will be bumped up to an even higher package, at no extra cost. The Step Up and Boost offer will now give active and disconnected DStv customers on the Access, Family and Compact package an even higher viewer package when they upgrade from the package they currently subscribe to, at no extra cost. Compact Plus customers will continue to have access to content on the Premium package during the offer period. The Step Up and Boost offer runs between 1st March to 30th April 2020. Customers can upgrade by dialing *423#.

“In line with our mission to add value and enrich the lives of our customers, not forgetting the positive response we received on the initial Step-Up deal, we wanted to up the stakes with a greater offer” says MultiChoice Kenya Managing Director, Nancy Matimu. “We understand that our viewers have experienced and enjoyed quality entertainment that sits on higher packages and there is an appetite to view more of the top-class content that DStv has on its platforms”

GOtv’s Get Max Muenjoyo na GOtv campaign

To thank MultiChoice’s valued GOtv customers for their continuous support, and to reassure them of the company’s commitment to deliver the best video entertainment experience in Kenya, GOtv has launched the Get Max muenjoyo na GOtv Max campaign. From 1st March to 30th April 2020, GOtv customers who upgrade to GOtv Max subscription will get a 20% discount on the GOtv Max package. Instead of paying Sh999, customers will now only need to pay Sh799 for the GOtv Max package. The discount offer is valid for all active GOtv Plus, Value and Lite customers. Customers can enjoy the discount and make payments to the GOtv MAX package by dialing *423#.
