Cheki by Ashisho | Ashisho Teams Up With KBM Records For This Lit Dancehall Anthem


Born Dennis Kimani popularly known by his stage name Ashisho is a Dancehall-Reggae singer, recording and performing Kenyan artist. He started out recording in 2014 at Far East Empire releasing songs such as “nuh nuh nuh”, “From Mi Born”, “When We Talk” which was featured on the M-Pesa Riddim produced by Rankie Saddat and “Ex Next” in 2016.

Unveiling brand new visuals for 2017 dubbed “Cheki”, a local slang to the widely spoken Sheng which translate to check out or look: is an Afro-dancehall anthem produced by Gituamba for KBM Records.

Ashisho aspires to cut his niche in the music realm both locally and internationally with his definitive sound as well as be an inspiration for those from where he comes from.
