A Malawian born singer/songwriter who grew up in Zimbabwe before moving to England, Malaikah is back. Gracing your screens with an all new single “Let You Go” as her first installation for 2018 and her second song after she released her debut single “Falling For You” in mid 2017.
Outspoken Malaikah, rose to fame with “Falling For You”, which gained her much acceptance and was widely covered around the world, landing her the reputation of being a bit of a “Bad girl”.
Her latest “Let You Go”, is an RnB/Pop song fused with Afrobeat and Dancehall flavors. The song which features Flint Bedrock, encourages women not to settle for less than what they deserve in relationships particularly within certain cultures where women have no voice and are practically trapped in marriage due to religious and cultural beliefs. The single challenges women to find their voice and be free of abusive relationships.
