Gilad Millo Bags Two 23K Gold plated AFRIMA Trophies With His Dedication To Angel Uriel

The fourth annual All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) is currently underway at the ballroom Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos, Nigeria and among the names that carried the night is Gilad Millo.

Even with a substantial number of nominations across a dozen of categories, so far only a single Kenya has managed to win the precious 23 carat gold plated AFRIMA award.

Making us proud at the grand stage is our very own brother, the immensely talented Gilad Millo, not only resprenting Kenya with a soulful performance at AFRIMA but also winning not just one but two AFRIMA trophies.

Nominated in two categories, the best African artist in Inspirational music as well as the best artist or band in African Rock music, Gilad won in the both categories with “Angel Uriel”.

“Angel Uriel”, a powerful song which is also a tribute to a child by the name Uriel to Gilad’s friend from Mexico. Performed by both Gilad and his song Omer Millo, produced by Cedo and directed by Nagan Records.
