Ghanaian Rapper Sarkodie To Release His Album “Highest” On September 8

He is one of the biggest Hip-hop names on the African continent according to The Guardian and he holds 4 studio albums under his belt, “Makye” (2009), “Rapperholic” (2012), “Sarkology” (2014) and “Mary’ (2015).The Ghanaian rapper and 2012 BET Awards Best International Act: Africa winner will release his new album on 8th of September.

Titled “Highest” this is one of Sarkodie’s most anticipated project of all time and it features a collection of 15 songs, 3 interludes and a bonus track totaling to 19 songs.

“Highest” features some major local and international acts such as his long-time friend and Producer Jayso, UK’s Big Narstie, Suli Breaks (UK), songbird Victoria Kimani (Kenya), Moelogo (UK), Korede Bello (Nigeria), Praiz (Nigeria), Bobii Lewis (UK), Yung L (Nigeria), Joey B (Ghana), Jesse Jagz (Nigeria) and Flavour (Nigeria)

The rapper who unveiled the official artworks to the album, with the front cover featuring the star carrying his daughter, Adalyn Owusu Addo.

Kicking off his album tour officially on 2nd of September at the Hammerstein Ball Room in New York, the “Adonai” rapper will tour alongside Amakye Dede is set to make stops in Belgium, Germany and Holland.
