For both good and bad reasons, Hiphop heavyweight Khaligraph Jones has been on everyone’s lips for the past few weeks. From the skin bleaching allegations to him dropping diss tracks to his fellow with target in his arch rival Octopizzo.
Acclaimed for some of Kenya’s hard hitting tracks, Khaligraph is by far one of Africa’s most accomplished rappers especially at the rate he is being featured on other artists tracks and him being set to feature in the fifth season of Coke Studio Africa 2017.
Making a musical bounce after serving Vera Sidika a diss track and doing a joke not with Tanzanian rap goddess Rosaree, the “Mazishi” star has officially unveiled his latest project dubbed “Chali ya Ghetto” which ironically may not be so new to many as it was leaked two weeks ahead of it’s release.
“Chali ya Ghetto” a local slang phrase which means a boy from the slums is a Hiphop track that Jones traveled to Bongo to bring in Wasafi Record’s Rayvanny and the combo which brings in a new twist of Khali rapping in Swahili is fierce.
Produced by Motif and Lizer Classic for Blu Ink, the visuals to this track were directed by Khaligraph Jones.
